Usage Rights (100% Royalty-Free & Unlimited Usage): When you purchase our image pack, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the images.

• You may: Use the images for personal or commercial projects, including YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, social media posts, graphic design, and physical prints. You do not need to provide attribution.

• You may not: Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the raw, unmodified image files as a standalone competing image pack or database.

Limitation of Liability: Mandir Pixels provides these digital assets "as is." We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use our images.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This section outlines how we handle your information:

• Information We Collect: We only collect the information necessary to process your order and provide customer support, such as your name, mobile number and email address.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway Razorpay. Mandir Pixels does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card, debit card, or bank account details.

• Data Usage: We will only use your email address to deliver your digital product, send payment receipts, and respond to your support inquiries. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Strict No-Refund Policy: Because our products are entirely digital and grant instant access to thousands of downloadable files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

• Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue, such as a broken download link, an incomplete file transfer, or an error with your payment, please contact us immediately. We will verify your purchase and ensure you receive working access to the files you paid for.

4. Intellectual Property & AI-Generated Content

• Nature of the Content: All digital assets included in our image packs are entirely generated 100% using advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) models & automated AI workflows. By purchasing this pack, you acknowledge the AI-generated nature of these files.

• Copyright Claims on AI Art: Because these images are generated by Artificial Intelligence without significant human authorship, Mandir Pixels claims no exclusive, registered copyright over the raw, individual images. Similarly, we do not recognize copyright infringement claims from other creators or businesses regarding purely AI-generated outputs, as such works are generally not subject to copyright protection under current law.

• Coincidental Resemblance: Due to how AI machine learning models are trained on vast datasets, AI-generated outputs may occasionally share visual similarities (composition, style, or elements) with existing artwork or other AI-generated images. Any such resemblance—whether partial or complete—to existing works is entirely unintentional and coincidental.

• Notice and Takedown Policy: While AI-generated images are not copyrighted, we deeply respect the intellectual property rights of original human artists. If you are the copyright holder of an original, human-created artwork and believe in good faith that a specific image in our pack infringes upon your legally protected work, please contact us immediately at mandirpixels@gmail.com. Please include a description of the image in question and proof of your original copyrighted work. We will review the inquiry and, if validated, promptly remove the contested image from our database and future distributions as a courtesy.

• Incomplete or Unsubstantiated Claims: Please note that we will only process takedown requests that include verifiable proof of original, human-authored copyright (such as registration documents, original project files, or dated publication records). Claims lacking substantial evidence, or claims made regarding purely AI-generated outputs by other AI users, will be dismissed without further action.

5. Indemnification & Third-Party Disputes

• No Liability for Third-Party Claims: By downloading and publishing the images in this pack (e.g., in YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, social media posts, or other commercial projects), you assume full responsibility for their public use. Mandir Pixels shall not be held liable for any copyright strikes, DMCA takedowns, account suspensions, legal disputes, or financial damages arising between you and any third party.

• Independent Resolution of Disputes: In the event that a third party (including but not limited to other creators, AI users, or entities) files a copyright claim or demands compensation regarding your use of our digital assets, you are strictly responsible for handling the dispute. Mandir Pixels is not liable for, and will not reimburse, any settlements, legal fees, or payments you voluntarily or involuntarily make to third parties regarding the use of these images.
